    Tastes like chicken to me. It looks a little on the greyish side to me but that's the cooking process. The rub on the skin is the only thing giving it any color. I think some salt and pepper is needed in the rub. The rub has spices but no seasoning.

    I used a bowl sieve instead of the trivet or steamer called for in the recipe. The idea is to elevate the bird to keep it out of the squeezings. I like that idea.

    Rated it a 3 because it is just a ho-hum chicken. Nothing special to make it memorable. I would make it again using some seasoning.
