Chipotle Black Bean and Rice Stew

    Chipotle Black Bean And Rice Stew I tried this with a number of substitutions - we don't have chipotle boullion in our grocery stores so I used the canned peppers. I had only one tin of black beans so used a tin of romano beans as well which seems to have turned out fine. I drained and rinsed my beans and added a bit of extra tomatoes - I find that the bean liquid from the can is not always pleasant in food - not in taste and not in the impact on the digestive system either. The soup turned out well though.
