    Citrus Pork Stir Fry
    posted by pamelavana

I made this because I was looking to transform the leftover pork from Frankieanne's Maple Syrup Mustard Glaze For Pork Loin recipe into another meal. It's a great recipe that worked perfectly even though the original recipe uses uncooked pork. And as you can see from my pic, the only vegetables I used were peppers and onions.

Rice would be equally good along side this, although I like the idea of adding the pasta to the skillet to absorb flavor from the sauce. If served with rice, I think thickening the sauce with cornstarch would be a must.

Thanks, pamelavana! Looks like your last post was 1 year ago, wish you were still posting your good recipes...

That's quite a combination of ingredients for that sauce! Definitely looks interesting and I never would have thought of combing them. I love your pictures!

Thanks, Frankieanne. Yeh, it was VERY full of flavor! I happened to have teriyaki sauce in the fridge, but I think you could just use all soy sauce, don't you? After all, teriyaki sauce IS mostly soy sauce and the marmalade provides enough sweet (even for me!) :)
