Clasic Bechemel Sauce

    Recipe from Midgelet. Classic Bechemel Sauce
    Quick and easy bechemel sauce. I morphed it into an alfredo sauce for some thin spaghetti. Added a couple cut up tomatoes.

    I didn't know gravy had such a fancy name. This is the gravy I make for biscuits less a couple cups of milk to make it thicker. And a couple more minutes of bubbling the roux gives better flavor and some color. If you cook the roux longer, don't go past a peanut butter color or it tends not to thicken.
