  I made this last night for dinner - I did also add some diced ham and red pepper that I had to use. It was great! Very flavorful - my husband loved it as well and asked that it be put in our rotation of dinner - we like breakfast for dinner sometimes. Anyway, this was definitely a hit! Thanks Don!
