Connecticut Beef Supper

    made this tonight,, i wasnt too clear on all the directions so i coverd it for the 1 hour of baking so the cheese didnt burn. Its tasty and simple to make,, nice texture with the potatoes and very cheesy,, i will probably lighten up a bit on the cheese next time, but thats my own preference.
