    Cowboy Wild West Potato Casserole

Good flavor. Tastes even better when salt is added. Doubled the recipe without trouble.

You could possibly try adding some vinegar or doubling the green chilies for more pizazz power or layer in some crumbled bacon as already suggested.

Okay...I tried this and it was pretty good. I agree that it needs salt!

Lillian, you have to cut down on the pixel size of your pictures. They will load much faster.

Thanks Points...but my pictures load pretty fast. I don't enlarge my pics and I don't zoom in...I just bring my camera really close to the subject.

    I love close-ups!!!

That's nice that your pictures load pretty fast, but I was also referring to loading on the other end too. People that look at your pictures might not load the pictures so fast. Standard picture size for the web to work more efficiently timewise on downloads are: 640x480 pixels for a large web picture or 448x336 pixels for a small picture. Both give great results.

Myself and others whom are still in the stone age of 56k dial-up modems suffer through long downloads. Sometimes it is not even worth the effort to wait to look at the picture, so it is bypassed.

Oh...you mean when you look at my pics it takes a long time for them to open for you? I didn't realize that!

How do I change the pixels when I load the pics to the website? I never see an option for that when I'm uploading pics.

Also...guess what? That potato casserole tastes even better the next day when its cold! I mixed it together with the grilled chicken in white BBQ sauce and it was DELICIOUS! It was the best potato / chicken salad combo! I guess the tang from the white BBQ sauce was what it needed! Hmmmm...I remember someone suggesting that! LOL!

If you are using Microsoft software you should have a Microsoft office picture manager. Open the picture, select the picture manager software and resize the picture. Once the picture is loaded to GR the damage is done.
