Creamy Lemon Squares

  This was Yummers' recipe. I was looking for a quick recipe for a family get-together and this fit the bill. It was simple to put together. I think that the lemon pudding layer needed a little more flavor, and the texture seemed a little out of balance. Perhaps using a cook-and-serve version of the pudding would fix both. All in all, a nice easy recipe.

  I forgot to mention too, that if you have more time when making this, it would be a great idea to bake the crust for awhile (cool obviously before adding the layers).
