Ingredients

How to make it

  • MIX graham crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan to form crust. Set aside.
  • BEAT cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of the milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over crust. This is a hard process without getting some graham crumbs in the cream cheese, so take your time.
  • POUR remaining 2-3/4 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry instant pudding mixes. Beat 3 to 5 min. or until well blended. Pour over cream cheese layer in pan. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened.
  • Add whipped topping and spread over pudding layer. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Everyone really enjoyed the dessert. I've uploaded some pics of the 'project'. You said the filling was difficult to spread over the graham cracker layer, and I agree that it would have been difficult. So what I did was loaded the cream cheese filling into a zip-top bag and cut the tip off and piped it over the crust. It was much easier to spread that way and I did not get any crumbs in the crust. Thanks for a great recipe! - Natalie
