Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake by Lacrenshaw

    Made this yesterday for dinner. Came out really good. Potatoes didn't cook all the way by the end of cooking time, so I gave it an extra 20 minutes in the oven. I also seasoned the chops before baking, rather than just cooking them plain. Potatoes were nice and creamy. Added a pic under her main one.

    Yes, Lillian, I lightened it up a little with the photo editor. I think the problem on most of the pics that I take is my shadow, putting a cast on it. Also, I noticed that it depends on the time of the day. If I take a pic during lunch time, when it's most sunny, it doesn't need brighteneing, but closer to the evening.... well, you get it.
