Cuban Pork - Slo Cooker

    Recipe by Champagnetime: Cuban Pork Slo Cooker/saved
    Done in 9 hours on LO. Good flavor but a little dry.
    Made burritos. Added salsa and Parmesan. Might have to run out to the store for some sour cream.

    Yes used the grapefruit. It was a red meat grapefruit. Half a grapefruit made the required juice.
