Dilled Shrimp Egg Salad Wraps
I made this up for my lunch this week. It was pretty good. It seemed like it needed "something." I'm not certain what. Maybe some smoked paprika or something like that. Garlic. Pepper. I'm not certain. I was glad for the lettuce because everything else is pretty soft. It needed the lettuce texture.

Great photo, Frankieanne! Interesting wrap. I've never heard of mustard mayo either. The ingredients in this look like that of a classic potato salad. Maybe a little sweet pickle relish or something would add some flavor.

I've never had shrimp and hard boiled eggs together either. This does sound delicious though, even if it did need a little something. I like the sound of the smoked paprika.
