    I had some leftover sirloin after making Sirloin With Teriyaki Broth and wanted to freeze it but I remembered I had bookmarked this recipe so I put the marinade in the bag with the steak and froze it. It was my first time trying this method. I pulled it out of the freezer a few days ago pan fried it with a bit of oil. We really enjoyed this! The flavor was deep with such balance.

    I often freeze in marinade when using cheaper cuts of beef but wouldn't recommend doing it with chicken or even pork....It's more apt to get mealy and the texture of the meat changes somewhat....Just my opinion.
