Thats what I used also! But sea bass is my favorite! Its sooo exspensive though...about $15 per lb.! Its so fluffy and buttery! Did you ever have it?

No, we don't have a seafood market nearby, and the stores I shop at usually don't carry it. It better be good if it's that expensive! LOL
