Perfection!!! Now I know what Krum was talking about! This is the crispiest, tastiest, fried fish, I ever made! The toppings of pickled red onion/jalapeno and the lime cream sauce, go so well with these tacos!

If you were thinking about trying this...Do It!!! You'll love it!

I was going to try that, forgot about that one! If I don't print something out right, but only bookmark it, I tend to forget about it. Thanks for reminding about that, Lillian!

Hi Juels! How's your computer doing?

I used to do the same thing with bookmarking...now I post the recipes I want to make 'real soon' in a PM to myself! This way I don't forget and its much easier to access. Sometimes the recipe manager doesn't open or opens way too slow!

Wow, that sounds like a great idea, Lillian! Never thought of doing that!
Computer is OK today, we'll see if I pick up anything else, in which case I would probably have to move to the library full time! LOL

Hi Lillian - I just returned from daughter's in Detroit, and had to check out what's been being made in my absence...aren't those fish tacos (and all the accompaniments) just the best? I made them for my daughter, too, when she was out here for dinner before I left. That batter is so simple, and the best, crispiest, non-greasiest-fried-fish I've ever made...good stuff!! Glad you liked it, too...Sally

Hi Sally!!! Yes...absolute perfection! I made the Baja Sauce and the Pickled Onion/Jalapenos! Yes, they were just the right toppings for this! I used the pickled onions again for portobello mushroom burgers also! I'll have to make these when ever I run out and just keep them in the fridge for other recipes! And I'll be using that batter to fry LOTS of things....sooooo good!

Thanks for telling us about that one!:)
