    Focaccia Bread

    The dough is on the dry side so you won't have to have but the skimpiest floured work surface for kneading. First time I have ever worked with a dough that didn't stick to my hands at first. Work the dough good. It's stiff.

    Very aromatic when kneading and covers only half an 9x11 baking sheet.

    Didn't vary from the recipe at all (oops, used dried rosemary). Turns out like the picture. This focaccia is chewy like what I'm used to buying in the store.

    Both the more breadlike focaccia and the more bagel like focaccia have their qualities. Don't know which I like better. Both are good.
