  Focaccia Bread
  
  This is a very very very breadlike focaccia. Definitely not one for soup dunking. It is also a plain focaccia. It is advertised as a basic recipe. Bring on the spices and such to jazz it up.
  
  I think it is too breadlike for my tastes. But it comes out exactly to the recipe specs. I think there are too many focaccia recipes out there that have wonderful flavor to mess around with this plain jane recipe. But if you are the sort that likes to experiment then have at it.
