Grazie to your Nonna Lorraine - I love Italian food, where my father is born Sibenik, Dalmatia,Croatia our dialect and food is very similar to Italians, because there was a time that Dalmatia was under the Italians. That's why I make the best pasta out of my friends and they all ask for my pasta LOL ~ 5

Great post, love all these breads, hi 5

Thanks a pretty cool story, Maryanne! We NEVER tell anyone how easy (mostly)Italian cooking is though, do we? All that glory for such, for the most part, so little effort. Maybe you should write an Italian cookbook.. I'd buy it! Thanks for your five!

Hi, I had to come by to tell you that I made the Focaccia Bread and we love it! I found it so easy to work with. I love that you can top with so many different things. I will try the black olives, next time. This sure deserves more than a 5 rating.

This is a very breadlike focaccia. It is a very plain bread, as advertised. Jazz it up plenty to get some flavor going.
