    Sour Cream Cornbread

    made this with my new soup and they were great together. I subbed honey and I would increase cornmeal, next time, for personal preference, but that doesn't take away that the recipe is what it's meant to be, as written. This is a cakey, sightly sweeter cornbread that we typically do, and that was the idea! :)
