  Spinach Salad With Mustard Agave Vinaigrette
  
  I guessed on the amount of honey, which I subbed for the agave, and I used whole grain Dijon and pecans... lil changes for preference but the result was still a 5. :) A simple salad, really, but those pomegranate seeds give a great crunch and sweetness... a nice lunch salad. :)

  I actually went hunting for agave today and could not find any. I was in a very large latin grocery and thought for sure I'd come up with some.

  Huh, Otterpond, that's too bad. Our supermarkets all have it, even Wal Mart. It's with the sugars, though, in the baking aisle, but not in the ethnic sections. I don't use it, but I know I've seen it.
