    Okay, DT...I made this for lunch today, but ran into a problem... I don't see the agave listed! :) I told ya I'd sub honey, anyway, which is what I did. I used a whole grain Dijon and added just a touch of red pepper flakes and a bit of the honey. I used pecans cus I'm a southern girl, and that's what I had! :) Other than that, the pomegranate seeds, the feta and the spinach, as written. Excellent lunch salad. I had it just with a piece of honey wheat bread. I'm adding my pic...if you look, you'll see a dusting of purplish powder around the plate. That's pomegranate powder I recently received in my spice order. So pretty and a nice, concentrated flavor. Just for fun!
