  Recipe by Fattening_up: Giant Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
  Hits the spot for a sweet tooth. Makes exactly 14 cookies. Had to make them in two batches. Wetted hands and quarter cup measure with veggie oil to make dough handling easy.
  First batch was undercooked at 14 minutes (minimum time) even though there was browning on the edges. Tried a supplemental bake after they had cooled for another 5 minutes without much improvement.
  Second batch baked up a little too brown around the edges at 14 minutes using convection baking.
  Guess I'll just have to make them again using up to 19 minutes on a conventional bake oven, watching closely.

  How about that! Rereading the recipe, found that minimum bake time is 16 minutes. Oops!
