    Grandmas Fried Apple Pie

    Nice recipe. Pastry turned out light and flaky with the slightest crunch. Started turning the pies at just over 45 seconds, afraid of browning too much.

    Apple filling ran out at 14 pies even though I used an extra apple and half again the filling recipe. Suggest doubling the apple filling recipe. It's ok to have extra filling. Great to snack on.
