Hamburger Rub
I made this on Sunday but am just getting around to posting this here. I used this on a tri-tip and broiled it for three minutes each side. I'd love to try it on a hamburger.

That rub is similar to what I use on my sirloin-tip roast except I add mustard powder and a pinch of celery seed. Never thought to use it on a burger! I'll have to try that next time we have burgers. :)

Thank you, ladies! I've never thought to use a rub on a burger either but I guess hamburger is kinda like ground up steak so it seems it would work.
