    In a word, SALTY!
    It's a combination of the salt used for curing the bacon and the salt in the seasonings that put this dish over the top in salt. It hides any flavor there might be in here.
    Anyone without a sense of smell or taste would find this dish agreeable.
    Won't be on my plate again without serious adjustment.
