Heart Attack Cabbage

- 1 large cabbage shopping list
- 1 lb of bacon shopping list
- 2 packets of goya ham seasoning shopping list
- 2 tbsp Goya adobo shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot cook bacon, leaving 2 or 3 strips after it's cooked.
- Core the cabbage and slice so that it looks like shreeded lettuce.
- Grab a handful at a time and rinse try to leave a little bit of water dripping.
- Add 1/2 the cabbage to bacon grease and stir in 1 tbsp of adobo and a pack of ham then stir. As cabbage starts to cook down add remainder cabbage and the other pack of ham seasoning and adobo.
- Stir, reduce heat and let cabbage cook until tender.
