  Indeed it does smell wonderful baking. Haven't been able to taste the cheese yet. The apple and cinnamon flavors carry the day.
  
  Crusty outside and soft inside, just like a good artisan loaf. Mine looked more like a standard loaf than the one headlining the recipe.
