    Made this for breakfast and it was so easy and fantastic...I had to bake it 30-35 minutes and next time I'll flour the blueberries before adding them because even though they were put on top of batter, they sunk to the bottom...Took a pic but don't feel comfortable adding without permission.

    The oil was just for the pan and I used cooking spray....My guy isn't a sweet eater and it's all gone....He took some to work and shared....They all loved it.
