    Hoisin Pork With Onion And Sugar Snap Peas by gkwillow
    This was an excellent dish for our family. I quadrupled the quantities and the cooking time increased appropriately but it turned out wonderfully well. I substituted a mix of carrots and beans for the sugar snap peas because that was what I had available for frozen veggies but everything else stayed the same. It was excellent over steamed white rice.

    I made this also. Turned out great. I doubled everything to make sure I would have left overs. Easy meal with tons of flavor. I also served over steamed rice
