    Honey Whole Wheat Bread

    Good so far. I'm not done taste testing it.

    Replaced 1 cup AP flour with bread flour. Added vital wheat gluten.

    It's soft and has good chew. Covered with foil after the first 15 minutes of bake time to keep the crust from getting too dark.
