Hot Mushroom Bouchees

    These were great! I did more onion than stated and used cheddar instead of American too! Also threw them without the cheese into the oven at 350 for a little bit to get an all around crunch, then topped with cheese and into the broiler. So delicious!

    I have seen the single rounds at the store before by the specialty bread area but I cut mine from a whole french loaf.
