When I saw Sassyoldlady posted her Sour Cream Cucumber Salad, I knew right away I had to try. If you love cucumbers, or know someone who does, you will want to give this recipe a try. It's delicious! My review is as follows:

"Classic and true. Nothing tastes better than cucumbers smothered in a creamy dressing. You know, the kind your grandma used to make that was so sweet and creamy. I made this exclusively for hubby who gladly ate it with a big smile and gave it 2 thumbs up. I didn’t peel the cucumbers all the way because he likes the peel and I like the color presentation of a stripped cuke. I only used a scant amount of parsley because I didn’t have enough fresh and the idea of dried did not appeal to me at the time, but I’m sure dried is what you are supposed to use. Either way, nothing can take away the sweet, creamy goodness of this recipe. Thanks sassyoldlady for sharing such a classic. "

Well, darn! I thought if I put the link in the title, it would Default to the recipe name like it does in the comments. I'll get it right next time. I think I crossed all my t's and dotted my i's with the "I Made It" review process. Let me know if I didn't. Thanks!

Lol that's okay Diz! For some reason putting the link in the title doesn't work, so you have to manually type it in, it's no biggie though, no worries :) Yum I bookmarked this one, cucumber salads are always great in the hot summer. Great picture!

    Awesome Picture Diz! :)
I always stripe the cucumbers too, for salads and veggie trays. Something I did from working in the food industry that stuck with me, lol.
We usually just put the name of the recipe in the title and link it inside, but you figured that out already! I learned the hard way you can't edit the title of a thread, I've really misspelled a title before, lol! Everything else you did is perfect, very well done! And thanks for posting your review here! :)
