  Divine pumpkin pie! Actually a cheesecake. I served it warm with homemade whipped topping. One note: I had to cook it much longer than the 50 minutes recommended in the recipe. I ended up baking it for 1-1/2 hours, then letting it sit on the stove with a big bowl over it for another 1-1/2 hours. One commenter on the Paula Deen site said you could make two pies out of it, which I considered, but then it wouldn't be as fluffy. Beautiful pie, though, creamy taste and texture, best pumpkin pie I've ever had!
