This sandwich doesn't have humble taste...

My only change to the recipe was to saute the peppers, add the eggs to the skillet, and scramble both together. I also added parmesan cheese before the eggs were completely set and then sort of "folded" it in.

And...I think I should be humble enough to admit that Wynne's photo was better than mine... :)

I had some sweet french bread that needed to be used so I just cut it horizontally and made a sandwich.

ML2C, I got the rolls in the bakery at Winn Dixie. Not sure if you have them in your part of the country. They even sell them at Walmart Super Center too.
