Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add olive oil to skillet over med low heat
  • Add peppers, a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Saute until crisp tender but not mush
  • In mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, salt and pepper
  • Whisk until completely combined and starting to foam
  • In skillet over medium low heat, add olive oil and heat
  • Add egg mixture, moving with spatula, cook until done
  • Add to whatever bread you choose
  • Top with peppers
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired

    mmmmm.....been waiting on this one. now I gotta go get some peppers. I think a kid of mine would like it, too. :) I've got a cheesy pull apart bread I think would be delicious with this.
