  Recipe by Analot: Italian Meat Balls
  Sauce is nothing to write home about, but being so showcases the meatballs.
  
  Made some pictures. Cleared the hot pad glove away to take the pic, then forgot to bring it back when I latched on to the very hot handle.
  
  Scorched the hand good. It smells like pig.
