Italian Onion Bread

    This is a focaccia style bread although may be slightly taller. It has more of a bread chew than a focaccia chew but still chewy. It should be great horizontally sliced for cold cuts.
    It's an onion bread with good flavor but I'm not sure why the author calls it an Italian bread.
    Good oven spring. I was concerned with the amount of salt cutting back on the yeasts fermentation power. First rise took 1 1/2 hours.
    Made this in a food processor.
