  Nice loaf. Didn't have the nuts to make this loaf so left them out. Haven't had a date in a long time either. Been setting on the shelf for at least three years but turned out well. My bread monkey liked the loaves a lot.
  Bread leavened a lot considering there was just enough to cover the bottom of both loaf pans. Used 9x5 pans. A smaller pan will get past a squatty loaf look.
