  Let's see...I've made Jim's Poblano Potato Soup four times since he posted it and it is delicious and full of comforting flavor. I have minorly changed it up a bit the last couple of times I made it based on what I had in-house or access to...like subbing Crema Mexicana for the Creme Fraiche - and trying different adds/garnishes. That's all just dressing on the star - and that's the soup. I added pictures and my variations at the recipe site:
