    Jims White Clam Sauce

    My first run at white clam sauce and it was a total success. I'm very pleased to have a dish ready for my lunch tomorrow as well. I was attracted to Jim's version because of the happy use of mushrooms. I picked baby portabello mushrooms and liked the contrast they gave. Picture posted.
