  I made this a while ago, but never posted here. The flavors are excellent. The recipe is easy and quick. I made a sofrito with the celery, onion, and green pepper (I also added a red pepper) in the food processor, then added it to the ground beef while it was browning. Very tasty! It didn't last long enough to get a picture!
