  Hungryjohn's recipe for this twist on enchiladas was really delicious. I really loved the meaty creamy filling, and the corn tortillas definitely make this dish. This had good flavor and spice, but was mild in the 'heat' department, so it's friendly for most people. The ones who like it hot can always add some Tabasco. I would make this again!
