When this was posted, I knew I had to make it. Love pork tenderloin. I had everything cept the loins. Luckily for me tenderloins were on sale yesterday for $3.99 per lb (usually $5.99-$6.99) After working, I barely made it to the store before they closed at 9pm last night to load up. Mixed up the ingredients and let it marinade overnight. This was very good. Another late dinner. I grilled for about 8 minutes toatl which left is tender, juicy and a lil pink. Perfect, I think, for pork. I love quick meal. Thanks Keni for another great recipe

Wow, that's so pretty! What a great looking meal. I don't think I've ever seen oyster sauce. I like the look of those ingredients. Nice grill marks, too! :)

This sounds very good. Frankieanne, here I usually find the oyster sauce on the same shelf of asian sauces such as soy, sweet chilli. Give it a try, it is very good to include in marinades.
