    I made these today. They were excellent. I left a full review on the recipe page and when the site allows me too i will add a pic.

    Keni...can I brush them with oil and bake them instead of frying them? I think Laurie does that with spring rolls and she said it works fine.

    it should work just use a brush and brush them well with oil. I would bake at 400. That is how I made Keni's eggrolls and they got rave reviews!
