Great recipe! Thank you Keni for suggesting it. I know it will be a hit :) My brother already had 4... :)))
I substituted the mozzarela with a type of portuguese fresh cheese, that is what I had.

And, MP, they should taste and have the consistency of a mini bread bowl with a gooey/cheesey dippy center. They are meant as an appetizer, yeah. I created them with a couple of my meatballs and dips and stuff for last year's Super Bowl, I think. And, you can use frozen bread dough, so makes it even easier. Hope you get a chance to try them.
