Knoxs Crown Royal Marinade

This is a fantastic marinade! I let some chicken soak in it for 45 minutes, maybe an hour, then put on the grill...it was wonderful! The chicken was a nice carmel color and it was so juicy and flavorful! Full review on the recipe page. I put a little in our foil pack of veggies, too (diced potato, onion, red pepper, squash, mushrooms and grap tomatoes). Awesome, awesome meal. This marinade will be good on chicken, pork, beef or seafood!

Did you have the skin on the chicken or did it golden up skinless chicken?
