Leftovers now what

  I used Putercop's Leftovers Now What this last week when I had an abundance of turkey leftover from the previous Sunday.
  
  I sauteed some garlic and onions, mixed them with about 4 cups of chopped up turkey. Put a layer of mashed potatoes and then turkey on top of that, then just folded them up like a pocket. Drizzled gravy over the top and a veggie on the side.
  
  I will definitely do this again with other leftovers. :)
