    Recipe by Hellemoyer: Meltdown Seafood Fettuccine
    This is a Fettucine Alfredo dish with shrimp and scallops added.
    It's very thick and creamy as it uses all cream and no milk. The cornstarch really helps to thicken up even more an already fully creamed dish.
    Went light on the cayenne pepper and wound up adding more black pepper in the end with more salt.
    Went to a couple stores looking for sea scallops, I do love them dearly, but wound up with bay scallops.
    Had more scallops and shrimp than the recipe called for because of the prepackaged sizing. Just a little bonus for the meal.
    Mother picked out and ate all the shrimp in her plate and got full fast.
    Served it up with a garlic focaccia.
