Muffin-Pan Potato Gratins

    I made these in large ramekins. (One russet potato/each) Instead of using heavy cream, I put dots of butter in between the layers and then poured milk over the top. With sour cream and salsa...Mmmmm

    No, I didn't fill the ramekin. I just poured a little bit of milk on top. Just enough to kind of keep it moist while baking.
