Nc Bbq Pulled Pork Crockpot by Efitobx

  Just finished cooking this and my very fussy hubby gives it the "Flavorful" stamp of approval. He was snatching from the board as I was pulling it apart.
  
  I drained the onions from the bottom of the pot and chopped them fine and mixed them in with the pork along with the remaining sauce. Those onions are wonderful. Tossed the liquid from the crockpot out.

  I've been hooked on pulled pork since I tried Marky90's recipe! Soooo delicious also! I make it twice a month and have to double the recipe every time because I do the same thing your hubby does! I end up eating one portion while I'm pulling it apart! lol!
